You can reschedule your attendance with not less than three days’ notice to another date, subject to availability without penalty. If you reschedule with less than three days’ notice and choose an alternate available date, a rebooking fee of $50 applies. There are no refunds available if you cancel a booking with less than 72 hours notice. Please email us with your original booking and preferred new date. We will send a confirmation of that request within 24 hours.

Picture Me Sydney reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to weather or other circumstance. A full refund is available if alternate dates are not suitable. Picture Me Sydney limits its group size and commits itself to resources and personnel in advance. Those who do not attend are not eligible for any refund and are liable for the full cost for attendance at that event.

Moderate fitness is required as there are some steps and uneven surfaces. It is not suitable for people with back or joint problems, pregnant women or young children. You will do about 8-10,000 steps with us.

We have two nature walks during the tour. Waterfalls, water flows, panoramic clifftop views and lookouts will amaze you. We have one 60-minute deep walk into Wentworth Falls plus another 30-minute adventure walk at Grose Valley.

Even though we start later in the day than other tours, lunch is included plus fruit & snacks along the way as well as dinner.

One of the most popular places to visit in Sydney is the Blue Mountains and many people go there to see the incredible mountain vistas but also the very unusual sandstone rock formation on the north escarpment of the Jamison Valley called The Three Sisters. This spectacular landmark in the Blue Mountains is located at Echo Point in Katoomba & is visited by millions of people each year.

The Three Sisters is essentially rock formation representing three sisters who according to Aboriginal legend were turned to stone. Each of them stand at 922, 918 & 906 metres tall, respectively which is about 3000 feet above sea level.

The character of this formation changes throughout the day and the seasons as the sunlight brings out an array of magnificent colours which can create some spectacular photography opportunities. Our tour takes advantage of the late afternoon light which has a softer palette and enables you to create photos with wonderful hues in the sky using the The Three Sisters as your subject.

Our tour includes a visit to a local working farm. Firstly, you will get up close with kangaroos, wallabies and emus. You may even see the joey pop his head out of the pouch! Our great bonus is the exclusive VIP backstage with a koala. Walk inside the koala enclosure, pat the koala and grab some special photos with this furry friend.

Best of all, with our tours we don’t just wander to a couple of look outs, we immerse ourselves into the forest through a couple of longer walks where you might end up seeing Australian wildlife in their natural habitat such as a Lyrebird or Echidna doing what animals do naturally.

Our tour is focussed on immersing yourself in the natural wonders of the Blue Mountains and avoiding the tourist crowds. So we don’t include a visit to Scenic World.

We know from our own local experience that people who live in Sydney typically don’t visit this location and we choose to spend our time exploring parts of the Blue Mountains that will be more memorable for your trip & help you create some amazing photographs to take home of the ‘real’ Australia

Picture Me Day Tours to the Blue Mountains include visits to a number of locations including Katoomba which stops at Echo Point and also drives through the main part of town.

This is included in any private tour booking. It may be available by special request for all other bookings. Sydney is a busy and congested city so we will limit this availability. Please enquire with us before making a booking as additional fees will apply.

Tours that include a meal will have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Guests MUST advise us three days prior to the tour day.
